The Lensic, housed in an historic building that since 1931, has been a pillar of Santa Fe’s cultural abundance. The Lensic harbors a tremendous sense of community by offering over 200 eclectic performances year-round of local, national, and international talents. Created by the visionary Tess Yong, “Sacred Body” is proud to be The Lensic Performing Arts Center’s first program combining visual and performing arts.

“Sacred Body” is a culmination of Yong’s pursuit of physical perfection and inner strength. Her personal training enterprise, modeling, television and film work include a weekly KHNL fitness segment called “Fit For Life with Tess Yong.” A published author, Yong teaches, performs and facilitates holistic body training based in yoga, body sculpting, meditation and shamanic dance.

Firestone recently launched Santa Fe Art Classes to provide a nurturing, fun Art Sanctuary for beginners to explore his or her inner artist through classes, workshops, and retreats including a beginner’s, 2 hour, step by step painting class.
